Construction debris, packaging, and scrap hauled out and the site cleared for detailed work. It's the unglamorous foundation every later pass depends on — skip it and you're polishing around garbage.

HEPA dust & particulate removal
Sealed-filter HEPA vacuuming of every horizontal and vertical surface — shelves, ducts, light fixtures, behind and under appliances. The dust you can't see is the dust tenants breathe, so we remove it down to 0.3 microns.

Adhesive, paint & caulk residue lift
Labels, sticker residue, paint overspray, and caulk lines lifted with solvent-safe chemistry matched to the surface underneath. We protect the finish while we remove the mess — no ghosting, no scoring.

Glass, fixtures & floor reset
Interior glass polished streak-free, fixtures and hardware shined, and floors cleaned to their finish spec — VCT, LVT, concrete, stone, or carpet. Each surface gets the method it was finished with.

Final detail & punch-list pass
A white-glove detail pass run against your punch list, with every surface inspected under raking light before sign-off. If light catches it, we fix it — before you do.

Air-quality verification
An optional particulate and air-quality check so the space is verified ready for occupancy, not just visually clean. Because 'looks clean' and 'is clean' are two different handovers.

When should we schedule the final clean?+
After all trades finish and the punch list is closed. We can phase a rough clean during construction and a final clean at handover — send us the square footage and finish scope and we'll align to your date.
Do you remove adhesive and paint residue?+
Yes. Sticker residue, paint overspray, and caulk lines are lifted with finish-safe solvents that won't harm the surfaces underneath.
Can you handle high-reach dusting?+
We use sealed-filter HEPA vacuums with poles and extensions for vaults, ducts, light fixtures, and exposed structure — the dust you can't see is the dust we remove.
Is air-quality testing included?+
It's an optional add-on. We can run a particulate and air-quality check so the space is verified ready for occupancy, not just visually clean.
Can you phase a rough clean during construction?+
Yes. We can run a rough clean during construction to keep trades moving, then a final clean at handover — and an optional re-clean after furniture or punch-list work settles more dust. Send us the schedule and we'll phase to it.
How fast can you turn a final clean around?+
Most final cleans are scheduled within 3–5 days of notice, with rush options for tight handovers. Send the square footage and finish scope and we'll align to your date.
